I am writing to express immense dis-satisfaction on the discontinuation of the inbuilt GPS system in the latest models of XUV3OO without proper notification and circulation on all promotion media channels/platforms. There is a lot of disparity among branches (Vijayawada, Hyderabad and Chennai) on the feature removal. All the sales executives, workshop managers are not on one line of clarity. This is treated as an act of deceiving or misleading the customer by not exposing the feature dis-continuation and selling the product. This would come as a serious breach of contract and consumer rights and there is no hesitation in resorting to legal action if the request is not complied.
I have been pursuing on this issue for the past 30days and have seen no progress. I expect, that I am still handling this in utmost professional manner. I have not taken any move to post this on social media handles or any other channels of defamation. I hope and expect the company would maintain trust and loyalty by setting up things right. I expect you would offer an immediate installation of GPS system in my vehicle by scheduling appointment at the nearest workshop within 10days i.e, by 21.07.2023 without fail.
The complete research on this is done and I have projected the same to you over call sir. I see this as a stain on the firm for not being able to manage and negotiate this technically with the MapmyIndia agency and is just discarded with no publicity and propaganda to the customers.
