Just purchased XUV700 AX5 (P) MT delivered on 2/09/2022 in nae of Bhavna Bansal. On the day of delivery I came to know that the back turn indicator is very small and the adjacent bigger light is not provided with turn indicator.
On complaint to showroom, Koncept Mahindra, Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi they informed me that we are not eligible for back turn indicator bigger part by the comapny. Its really funny to have such a small back turn indicator for such huge SUV.
Month of manufacturing of my car is also not communicated. In fact I don't know my SUV manufacturing month till now.
Mahindra online booking is showing my car still not delivered to showrrom, however i got the car 2 days back.
My KYC in car is still not updated like date of purchase and Insurance. There is no reply from Koncept about how many days it will take.
If Mahindra is committed to provide services to its customers pls resolve the issues. Was this information helpful? |
