Mahindra And Mahindra — Bad service, intolerable misbehave by dealer and no help from customer care | |||
I have bought xuv 500 in april 2012 and had a problem regarding headlamps since then. 1. Mahindra dealer and employees who work at garg motors sirsa, are misbehaving and are literally abusing, when asked that why headlamp bulbs are fusing so frequently. 2. They are unable to find the cause that why the hell my car's headlamp bulbs have fused 15 times (approx) in three years, even though replaced from their workshop everytime. 3. I have compained about this to mahindra customer care several times by calling and by email also but got no satisfactory response. 4. I am feeling helpless and very frustrated regarding this matter. I suggest everybody must avoid buying mahindra vehicles. If i dont get any help on this matter from mahindra I will go to media and court. Was this information helpful? | |||
