Mahindra And Mahindra — Battery Failure | |||
I am an owner of XUV 500 W11 which I bought on January 2020. I have been doing the services on regular basis and there was no rough use of the vehicle. Inspite of all these, the battery installed has failed on August 2021. This shows how poor the quality of the products installed in the vehicle. Feels really pathetic for the experience had with Mahindra. I should suggest the company to keep minimum standards and warranty for the products for such a premium vehicle. I have been suggested to replace the battery with in 18months of purchase of a new car!!! Mahindra should feel ashamed of spoiling the trust of an Indian citizen who preferred to take an Indian vehicle. I expect a feed back call or responsible action from the concerned.
