I was lured into the above membership with false promises of two nights of Additional voucher by Ms Nidhi at your Resort in Mussorie Mall Road on 6 th June 2022. Furthermore she informed that night stay point deductions were ranging between 70 to 80 points.
When I booked 3 nights stay at Gangtok after the lockin period in August I came know that these two points was not correct. Your office bearers are deceiving people to achieve their targets.
I have raised a complaint and want to surrender my membership and claim full refund alongwith the First Annual Maintenance fees paid in August.
My email conversations and phone calls are not very conducive as a huge penalty is being charged as per mail by Mr. Zahid Sheikh.
I am a retired person and aged over 73 years and request you to see that I get full refund as I was mislead and deceived by your senior employee.
Pray for your help in getting back the full sums already paid.
