I had cancelled a booking for Scorpio N one month back vide booking reference ID. OTF23E001608. I have been frantically following up for my refund of INR 21000.00 but I have not got any response form finance, though the customer care team has been replying that we will revert back soon. I wanted to buy the SUV from the Agent as the model I was looking for was different. I am disgusted with the response I am getting. the amount is not small, and I can't afford to book multiple times without being refunded. Kindly help me.
