Mahindra And Mahindra — Booking refund for Scorpio N SUV

I had done a booking of the Scorpio N, online on 22nd October 2022, but realized that the SUV i booked was automatic model. I needed Manual one. On contacting customer care, they asked me to cancel the booking as they were not ready to make changes online. I contacted dealer India Garage, and they ASKED ME TO DO A FRESH BOOKING BY CANCELLING THE ONLINE BOOKING. I cancelled the online booking in the October month itself. I had made a booking payment of INR 21000.00 which was supposed to be refunded back to me post cancellation. But I have not got any refund from the group as yet. They have been delaying the refund for almost a month if not more now. Kindly help me by getting my refund. the booking Ref. ID. is OTF23E001608
