I got my car Bolero Neo serviced on 17.05.2023 at Mahindra Company Bhilwara. This was the second free service for my car. When I bought the car, the rubber strip on the front mirror of my car was damaged. During the first service at Mahindra Bhilwara, I had also complained to the service manager but the service manager said that he will fix the windshield while getting the second service done.At the time of second service, when I told the problem of windshield to the service employee Abhishek ji present there, he spoke rudely to me and told me not to fix the windshield. I had also lodged a complaint at the time of first service but the complaint has not been resolved. And I belong to District Tonk. Bhilwara is 110 kms from here. With some confidence, I had gone this far for the service but I have not been given proper car service. If in this way you will not give good service to the customers then how will the customers trust Mahindra.
You are requested to please fix the windshield of my car.
