Dear Team,
I am using XUV 500 since 2015 and have taken W8 model and was satisfied with the quality of the car and service qualities at Ghaziabad and also at Hare Rama Krishna Mulund.
Recently I have sold my old car and upgraded myself to W11 optional, where I have been using " WITH YOU HAMESHA" App for smooth connectivity.
I was unable to add my new car details which I wasn't able to do so and have contacted Customer service department for help, where I was given this unprofessional guys number on 2nd Feb 2022 at 1520 hrs and having said that, I had to call him 3 days continuously where my calls were neither picked nor reverted and I have to SMS him for calling him back, which he never did.Next day, I have called him. Continuously 3 to 4 times where he picked up the call and his tonality was very absurd n not giving professional feeler.
On 5th Feb, I had made a what's app call n then had a chat where I had shared my Registered mobile number n RC details of my new car as suggested by him n post that I tried calling him on 07th Feb and then on 11th Feb for 3 times again n he took my call again with same absurd n unprofessional tonality, where his unprofessional ways of talking and giving excuses was clearly visible...On asking he said when he will get updates from some other guys then only he will Revert back n I also asked if he is not able to get it done in the said timelines given by customer care then he should atleast take the call n admit the same instead making a customer chase...I am highly disappointed by this kind of behaviour and is not at all acceptable and seek action against such unprofessional behaviour and need to teach such people how to speak, treat, greet his Mahindra Customers and has to give proper measurable timelines and not excuses, vwhich he is use to.
I am sorry for writing this mail on a very bad taste for the 1st time, but I seriously seek an action as he has challenged me to take this to anyone in the management and has disconnected the call...if this goes unread and if at all no action is taken then will escalate the same to Mr Anish Shah and if required further to Mr Anand Mahindra ji also.
