Mahindra And Mahindra — Complaint Regarding Delayed Car Delivery

Dear Team,

I hope you are doing well and reading this. To voice my regret and displeasure with the service I have received from your Mahindra store, I am writing to you.

I reserved a XUV 700 AX7 Diesel Automatic in your showroom at UNITED AUTOMOBILES FARIDABAD, Haryana - 121003 on 7 Aug 2022. I was told at the time of booking that the delivery will take around 1 year, which I thought was reasonable and decided to move through with the purchase.

Since making the reservation more than a year ago, I have not heard anything about the delivery of my car. I have followed up with your sales personnel several times, and each time I receive hazy assurances and no specific details regarding the progress of my transaction.
