Complaint marked as Resolved I sent my car for repairing on 24.06.21 for change of oil pump. They notified me to pick the car from servicing centre on dtd. 03.07.2021. My problem has not been resolved after taking a trial. They advice me, if will change turbo all noise related problems will be resolved.I agreed to do the same and also pay some advance.
I send the car on 21.07 2021 for Change of turbo at service centre. On 17.08.2021 I was in Patna when they update us that car engine needs to be disassembled in order to know about the defects but I declined them to do so I was not in town.
I preferred to make a visit to the servicing centre on 20.08.2021 to know about the update itself, but it was very unprofessional act shown by them as I came to know that they have disassembled the engine despite my permission and notified me that they will repair necessary parts at very low cost.
Later they continued to dismantle the engine again and again which was leading more and more expenses with no end result . They gave me assurance that after 7 day of regular use, the car will get back to its ‘ peak performance’ with no issues, but I forbidden it and asked them to keep the car instead till all issues are not rectified.
Till today they have been delaying the time to give my car back in fully working condition.
