I haved booked Mahindra XUV 300 W6, Diesel, Manual Transmission variant on February 8th 2022.
Date of booking - February 8th 2022
Dealership name - India Garage
The committed delivery date was May 5th 2022
The vehicle was not delivered on this date.
No information was provided from the dealership about the delay in delivery. When I queried about the vehicle the dealership executive said that they are looking into it.
After having the discussion with multiple executive of the dealership, the vehicle is not yet delivered and no one bothered to take responsibility of the delivery of the vehicle.
Till now the delivery date is already passed by 1 month, and the vehicle status is not known to the dealership.
Whenever I call them then they are coming up with new excuses that the vehicle is alloted and billed but the transit is not yet done.
