Dear Sir, I purchased an xuv 300 w8(0) which was delivered to me after almost 4 months post booking on 05 July by Harbir Autos Chandigarh. The Agency never had a car to show to a prospective customer and therefore no test drive. I still chose this car based on feed back from the environment. The delivery of the vehicle is given just as the agency is closing shop and is a hurried affair. Features that need to be explained are given a go by. The delivery person is himself quite ignorant of most of the features. Today I discovered that the infotainment system fitted in my car is of w6 model not w8.(0). Same has been brought to the notice of the Agency manager. Wonder what next. This speaks volumes of the PDI checks and the manner in which this agency is run.
