In Nov 2021, i have bought Scorpion S5 From your Ludhiana Dealership.
They have Delivered me a denting car, there are 4 Dents on Roof, even they have forcefully sold Accessories.
After to many Reminders and Request they have responded to me.
On there request i have visited Ludhiana dealership, but thr Staff has Wasted my time.
On Puneet Sharma (Sales Manager Mahindra) request i have visited Amritsar Dealership, where they checked my car and provided solution for Fog light issue. And also Examined the dents, as per Amritsar it was pre delivery or At the time of roof rail/Spioler Deployment.
In all above isssues, its a clear failure of PDI team. When i have called Puneet Sharma that please check CCTV recording you will find all the Answers, he haven't checked and he is invloved with the Dealer.
Even your partner had has Charged 1500 for Temporary Number which actually cost rs 300.
Aside to this i have the Issue with your Customer care, MD & Regional Heads, no one has replied to my email till Date.
