respected Sir, I want to bring into your notice that Mahindera Bolero was my dream car. It took me 9 years to have this. I bought Bolero B6(O) BS-IV top model in december 2020. But the whole journey till now is my worst experience of owning this one as problems keep coming time frequently. such as
1. DEFF oil indicator keep glowing, within 6 months
2. Pickup issue, vehicle was not accelerating, agency Hoshiarpur, Punjab
resolved the issue by opening tyres, leathers, tyres as they have told us, but
since then there is problem in breaking system and pickup problem is also there, this was told to them 2, 3 times but nothing was done in this regard.
3.LOW ENGINE OIL pressure signal turned on and keep glowing 6th Oct,
2022 when meter reading was 34000 km approximately, prior to that I
got my vehicle serviced at 30000 km . Mechanic from Company came
and checked the vehicle and found that engine oil is low. threreafter he
refilled engine oil and warning signal turned off. we took vehicle to
agency then after checking the vehicle service manager handed over the vehicle to me.
4. On 10 Nov, 2022 at meter reading 36000 LOW ENGINE OIL Signal
again starts glowing, I have checked Engine Oil and contacted agency
and as per there direction filled the engine oil and moved the vehicle to
agency located at hoshiarpur, Punjab. There after inspecting the vehicle
service manager told me to station the vehicle at agency for 14 days, he
told that there is problem in turbo, which will be replaced and this
process will take 14 days approximately. He has advised me to not to
drive the vehicle as this will effect the performance of engine badly.
as discussed above one thought came to mind is that how much the performance of engine might have deteriorated already as now service manager has advised me to not move the vehicle as this will effect the performance of engine, No body knows that since how long this problem persists.
This is all what I want to share with the company so that greivance of such a demoralised and frustrated customer be redressed.
desirable resolutions to my complaint are
1. refund me the money and keep the vehicle
OR
2. exchange this vehicle with new one
OR
3. Give me new four seater THAR so that I can forget all the bitter experiences with Mahindera & Mahindera and enjoy my next dream car
