I like to bring to your kind notice regarding the Excess billing for Repairs done to my car xuv300 with vehicle no JH01DU3649.
My vehicle had got minor dent on front part dated 30th Nov 2021 and i had deposited the same for repair at your service center Nexzen in Ranchi (Jharkhand) on 4th Dec 2021.
On 21 of Jan 2022, service center sent me the bill amounting to Rs 93908 which includes many excess change of body parts and new painting done on both sides of car, which I never asked them to do.
Our vehicle had just minor damage on front part but bill shows unnecessary changes done to it just with a intentions of increasing the bill amount.
We request you to look into the issue and please bring the solution at the earliest so that the trust we have in mahindra should not go down.
I am also attaching the bill sent by the service center for your reference.
