Mahindra And Mahindra — Forcing Delivery of wrong vehicle

Have booked Mahindra XUV700 on 07/10/21 and date of delivery was initially Jan then changed to Feb 2022 for which I had no objection. But on 24 January Dealer (Himalyan Motors, Srinagar Jammu and Kashmir) called me and told me your vehicle has reached to us on 11 Jan and is ready for delivery and I asked as a customer that I will be getting 2022 make but reply was no sir it was billed on 30th dec 2021. Which shooked my excitement and to my surprise Mahindra and Mahindra is sending me message on 15th Jan saying that my vehicle is on its way to dealer and will be delivered on 27/02/22 which I confirmed with Mahindra customer care as well as online through my account. Now question is if i m supposed to get car in Feb which was jan 2022 manufactured why Mahindra is forcing me to take 2021 against my vehicle. I contacted Mahindra customer care and they reverted back through their Area Sales Manager that it was technical fault. Actually the vehicle alloted to me is 2021 for which I disagree and went to dealership. They showed me some excel sheet and said this vehicle is alloted to you. For which I gain raised question and asked them to check online infront of me coz excel sheet can be made by anybody, and to my surprise and to make my doubt more clear it was also showing Feb 27 2022 delivery.
Now please help me as it is my hard earned money which I m paying.
