My vehicle was taken for first 5k servicing. a single line scratch was there on right side from front to rear. it was deliberately done previously by someone. i have told driver and service manager to check if it can be removed. i was told there will be color mismatch and complete painting needs to be done. i told them to leave it as it is and complete 5k servicing. there was no call except one call on the money to be paid for servicing. there was no advice or input on status of servicing and time to come for collection of vehicle. i have to call them and ask them. i was told at 1630 that vehicle is ready but washing is pending and vehicle will be ready by 1830. again i have call and ask weather i should start from home to reach workshop. finally i m getting msg that vehicle will be ready when i m already on my way to workshop. on really there i m finding additional scratch mark parallel to old mark and staff is insisting it was there. i confirmed with my wife and kids who have come along with me in separate car for collecting vehicle, there was only one scratch mark and additional line was done by any disgruntled person from servicing centre. i left wkshop after doing payment. vehicle was totally wet from inside and mud marks were there and was shown to service manager before leaving.
Further right rear wheel visible wobbling was there which was not there before. no work is to done in alignment in 5k routines. but something has been done which has been causing wobbling. there is literally no monitoring of work and standards are really pathetic. i have to again spare time from busy schedule to sort this additional defect, simply due to unprofessional approach if servicing centre staff.
