I received my new car (Bolero neo N10 Deep Automobiles) on 27th of Apr 23. I have give for first service after 1000km ride on 26th May'23. There weren't any issue while handing over the car for service.
However they kept the vehicle for 4 days after first service. Today 30 May'23 I have start the car but the "Fuel pipe" is leakage and car is not start.
The customer service is not helping us to resolve the issue as well as the showroom managers are not responding and show very rude behaviour. Now they are asking us to come back on 30th May 23 because they have some service camp and they can not concentrate on our vehicle particularly.
Worst experience ever with Mahindra. Kindly help us to resolve this for long term or else replace the car. Ph. [protected]
