I came to know by speaking with customer care number the dealership had made a sequence of customer by their own priorities to get in introductory price for their prioritised customer.
My doubt is they are getting benefited under the table by doing like this so since I have give the cheque on 1st day of vehicle introduction without knowing automatic price I gave cheque.
Dealership not disclosing sequence of customer who came 1st.
Dealership not disclosing my sequence number - no of people booked the vehicle.
I'm disclosing the things to press if no action taken with 24 hrs.
Every call made was recorded [protected].
Whole team customer care and dealership are tied up in doing this corruption.
I just wanted to convey all things about dealership corruption to go to higher level or senior level mahindra company and need a positive reply from your side.
