I had purchased an XUV 700 A5, Vehicle No. MH46CE5920 from Bhavna Mahindra Nerul on 8th August 2022. At the time of taking delivery, I was given just one key and told by the executive that the second key will be delivered to me within two months. It has been more than eight months and I have been relentlessly following up with the Service Centre executive but I haven’t received the second key yet neither are the service centre executives able to give me a date by when I will get the key. Their tone sounds more of helplessness then eagerness to deliver.
I have high regards for Mr Anand Mahindra on a personal level and believe the values that he stands by would have got institutionalised across his organizations. This has however left me with a not so good impression about Mahindra Automobiles from a customer orientation perspective. Request you to please take cognisance of this and have the back-up/second key delivered to me at the earliest. I am worried, if the only key I have received gets misplaced, how I am going to drive the car. The service centre executive doesn’t have an answer.
While I don’t wish to, but if my complaint is not acted upon, I will be compelled to resort to putting my complaint on social media as well as go to the consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
