Dear sir,
My name is avinash kumawat. I owned a XUV300 registration number- RJ45CG2676.
Chassis number - MA1NM2ET1K2C56030
I have issue in my car of ENGINE CHECK LIGHT. So i visit ks motors mahindra jhotwara jaipur service center on 30/04/22. My repair order number is RO23E002856.
They hold my vehicle for 3 days and said there is issue of diesel pump. And pump is not in stock so come after some days when will its is stock. After some days i call them and they said that part is in stock.
So i again goes there on after 3 or 4 days.
They took my vehicle and next day call me and said “ that vehicle still have that problem after changing that part”. And said one another part is may be giving this issue and again send me with faulty vehicle.
They give me parts number- 1001FA00881N.
More than 15 days over and no solution from service center.
What the surety that this part is giving problem coz before this they said another part is faulty.
So i am very unhappy with this service. This is very bad service. You don’t give a goodwill service to regular customers. They want to charge me for both of parts and they don’t sure which one is not working properly.
One month over but no response from everyone. I wrote 3 times on mahindra customer care mail. But they also don’t respond
