Mahindra And Mahindra — I have a 2021 Mahindra 2655 with 60 hours on it . Less then a year old and antifreeze is leaking into the oil.

My tractor is at the Mahindra dealership to be looked at because antifreeze is leaking into the oil. The dealership is telling me they cannot find why this is happening, they have run several test and all appears to be fine. Can you tell me if anyone has had this problem before?
And if it is under warranty? I’ve never had this problem before, all it is used for is mowing and moving dirt. It is not abused in anyway. I’m very proud to own a Mahindra I just need some answers and my tractor back.
