Dear sir/madam, I'm complaining about service in sks automobile in salem, tamil nadu. I bought mahindra xylo e8 in 2011. Since that service was very worst. They billed lot of amount but the service with is zero. Last time i serviced my car in sks automobile they billed 92, 000/- but they didn't complete work what i'm told in work chart and didn't clean interior, didn't tight the screws in front bumper and some plastic missing in back bumper. I scold them and they cleaned but not properly after that they delivered my car. 1 year ago i repainted the full car but now it's peeling off. I think they are not fit for this job. I'm very sorry to said this. What about the management they didn't surveillance the service staff. I'm very very disappointed about their service. I didn't satisfy any single service. Till now your customer care didn't called for review. I attached the photo copy for your reference about cleaning. I'm not servicing free of cost in his service centre i paid amount. Please take action immediately to this service centre. I want explanation about his service. If i satisfied about your explanation ok no problem, if i'm unsatisfied kindly refund the labour cost and service tax what am i paid and i recommend to my friends and relatives to don't buy mahindra car.
