Mahindra And Mahindra — i'm complaining about the poor customer service and quality of commitment by sks, hosur, tamil nadu branch

I've given my xuv 500 for service on 10th nov at hosur sks division with a complaint of non working of lcd panel. They promised me to get it checked and fix it back with in 10days. But, it's been 1 month now and i'm yet to get my lcd panel back. When i checkd with sks, they are of no clue on the whereabouts of panel and still saying it would take another 1 week.
I'm surprised how such a great organisation like m&m can manage their partners and least bothered about customer concern.
Pls take this up seriously.
