This is amit malani. We booked a kuv 100 from m&m showroom in thane in the name of my brother about more than 50 days ago. Since then we are just getting a run around. We were first informed that we will get it on 4th july. Then come 4th july when asked about the same, they calmly informed that it is a manufacturing delay at the company and we will get it by 14th july. Now when inquired again, they seem to be at a loss and are making different story. What kind of a management and customer service is this. I complained on facebook and i got some calls but no concrete action. Are you guys in business for fooling people? My emi's have started and we don't even have the car. Have some shame and look in to this quickly.
