We brought new mahindra marrazo car (full option) from pothens mahindra showroom Kollam.
Initially it had an issue with the gear box, which is replaced after a waiting period of one month.
Still the car is ran lessthan 10000 km even after purchase in August 2021(1 year before).
Now we facing the issue of check engine symbol in the screen.
When consulted with the showroom, they said there is another replacement is neccessary.
Another issues is of sealtbelt. Some times driver side seatbelt get stuck and cannot be weared while driving.
Very minimal use after buying a car from mahindra, paying nearly 18 lakh rupees and still the parts replacement is going on from the first use.
Mahindra showroom doesnt have the responsibility of taking the matter seriously, they respond like the car is 15 years old.
They gave an option to give a temperary replacement car hyundai I10(not mahidra car) for our use, that too after 10 days.
We need a solution for this matter.
Cannot keep the car in service center every month for parts replacements after paying a lot of money.
Mahindra company need to check directly about the car is having multiple faults, should check for a recall of the vehicle if it is not usable for future.
