First of all I'm not satisfied with the vehicle as I got a vehicle with lots of issues. I suspect pre-delivery inspection was not properly done and I had got a delayed delivery than promised. I got this vehicle on 10th February 2022. It started showing complaints within one month. Started issues with infotainment. Bluetooth and Android auto was not getting connected as and when required. First a door got jammed. I took the vehicle to the service center. First they sent me back saying that I haven't booked an appointment. Really frustrating. I went to the service center the second time and they said it's a software issue. It got fixed. After a few days started the regen issues (Had pulling issues. I was not able to drive the vehicle with a speed more than 50km). They took the vehicle in the service center for around one week saying that it's a major issue. They said they will do a free infotainment service along with it. The regen issue got fixed. But the infotainment issue is not yet fixed. I was not able to accept calls handsfree. Incoming calls are showing a weird screen - the incoming calls are showing the screen of outgoing calls and therefore I couldn't see an accept button on the screen. So I have to take my mobile phone and accept the call from my mobile which will invite accident. Another issue started is with the sun roof. It's not working since the last service. I haven't used it anymore. But it was working before the last service. Now the sunroof shows got jammed. Another issue is with the clutch. It gets pressed occasionally. It's happening even during long drive and high speed ride. This clutch issue will attract accident for sure. Many times the road got blocked because my vehicle - because of this clutch jamming issue. Somehow I have to move the vehicle aside and insert my toes underneath the clutch and move upward to make it working. I'm not a mechanic. Now I have to be a mechanic to drive this vehicle. Really frustrating and irritating. I'm damn sure that a pre-delivery inspection was not done for this vehicle as it's having lots of issues within the 7 months. I don't need a vehicle service again, instead I need a new complaint free vehicle. Otherwise I will take legal action against Mahindra.
