I want share my experience of trying to purchase Mahindra XUV 700 from PPS motors bangalore church street. Initial experience first time when I visited the showroom the customer experience was really good. It is a very new showroom at very prime location in bangalore. The sales team was really good gave me a lot of information about the vehicle & arranged for test drive as well. Form there on my point of contact was Mr. Dayanand from sales team. I was so impressed with the vehicle, customer support & reliability of Mahindra I decided to book the vehicle. I called up Mr. Dayanand from PPS motor and confirmed to him for the booking. The process was fairly simple & easy. I was very excited & happy to book XUV 700 Luxury pack petrol Automatic. They had informed me I had to wait for 5-6 months for the vehicle which I was ok with.After 2 days I get a call from Mr. Dayanand from PPS motors saying he has a vehicle white Colour which was booked by someone else and they cancelled the booking, if I wish then can allot me the vehicle. I was super excited & said I am ok with it. Then he informed me the vehicle is in Vizag with our sister concern organisation & we have drive down the vehicle from Vizag to Bangalore. I agreed to it. After a week I received an email from PPS motors saying your vehicle has arrived to bangalore with all the vehicle details mentioned & kms covered from Vizag to Bangalore. Mr. Dayanand called & fixed an appointment with me for (PDI) pre delivery inspection at 4:00pm. I was on time for the PDI at the showroom. It was 6:00 pm and vehicle had still not reached the showroom. While I was waiting at the showroom I met Mr. Balu who is the Manager at PPS motors a fine gentlemen who guided me with lot of details. After waiting for 4.5hrs the vehicle arrived to showroom at 8:30pm. I was already upset with the delay. They asked me inspect the vehicle in dark which I refused to & then they got the vehicle inside that is where everything changed. THE VEHICLES FROM BUMPER HAD MAJOR SCRATCH, REAR DEFUSER HAD BROKEN, SCRATCHES ON THE MIRROR, THE SEAT WERE DIRTY NO WHERE THERE WAS PLASTIC PROTECTION in the vehicle. It was a PROPER USED CAR nobody in their correct sense would purchase this car. They had no answer to questions. Mr . Balu the manager apologised and that’s it. Mr .Dayanand from sales team was not even apologetic about any of this !! SUCH A BIG FRAUD TRYING TO SELL ME A USED VEHICLE OR MAYBE TEST DRIVE VEHICLE.
