I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership ( Ananth Cars) Delivery date of vehicle was on Feb 2019 received vehicle on dated July 2019. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory initially has faced the issue getting vehicle delay. Later 1st 2nd and 3rd service is been done, On 3rd service we have requested for the noise which is intolerable and nuisance and said the same to service partner of Mahindra Ananth cars hardly I have driven the vehicle in span of 3 years and 20000 thousand kilometer run being such reputed brandlike MAHINDRA and MAHINDRA this kind of local items which will not survive for 20000 thousand kilometer then there is no brand value for the same.
Service engineer tells us about TURBO is dead need to replace the same which will cost me approximately30 to 40k which will making me to feel like I have been to roadside vendor and purchased later he tells will not be covered which is not good.
When I am getting it done the service on time in your expertise and I hear TURBO is dead shockingly I am surprised to hear, Yes Extended warranty is not been taken reason was spread of COVID-19 due to which there was no showroom /Service center operated which is no fault of mine.
I would appreciate it if you could organize to and clear the issue of my vehicle asap running a vehicle for 20000 kilometer and spare is gone is not acceptable at all. The BIG question mark on the quality of your product what ur manufacturing it.
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by this week before 25th/09/2022, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through Consumer Protection or through the courts.
