Mahindra And Mahindra — Mileage of kuv100 petrol its very bad only 9.

Hello dear,
I facing very big problem of millage of my kuv 100 t-8 petrol, its only 9. On punjab highway its only 12. What i have to do or whom i have to write the mail, please guide me asap. I purchased my car on 10 feb 2016.
Second issue is for hand break, little touch its off, its too much unsafe, three times my god grace my car or my family safe for misshappening.
