I bought my XUV 700 from Koncept Mahindra, New Delhi earlier this year ( Reg No HR98D2645) . Very soon after it started giving problem - some sound from underbody which I was told would become ok after servicing - but did not . Thereafter I fell sick and had to undergo 2 emergency life saving surgeries and did not drive the car at all for 2 months .
The car has again gone for servicing yesterday and complaint regarding problem has been raised - however I’m being strung around in circles with the responses I’m getting .
This is unbecoming of a company like M&M . I especially bought a MADE IN INDIA car even though everyone else in my family drives AUDI AND BENZ .
Either my problem is properly identified and fixed permanently or I be given a new car as it seems this one has a manufacturing defect .
I have a lot of respect for Mr Anand Mahindra and expect a speedy solution . Was this information helpful? |
