[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — New mahindra tuv300 t8- breakdown | |||
My name is Srinivasa Rao from Vizag and purchased a new TUV 300 T8 on my daughters name T.Srujana. I purchased a new TUV300 T8 vehicle from Automotive Manufacturers on this Saturday i.e 05 March 2016. I was so exited while purchasing the new suv, however it all went down, when it developed a battery complaint on Sunday night i.e on 06 March 2016. The battery lamp in the dash board continuously glowing. After some time the car did not start. Then I remembered one of my colleague telling me that we can not trust the Mahindra Engines. This is my first car from Mahindra. I am using the car since 1988 and purchased different company cars like Fiat, Ambassador, Maruthi etc. never ever faced this problem. I wanted to ask one question. Do you people really check the quality before it sends to your dealers. If yes why this problem. Just ran for 300 km and car broke down, Spending one million rupees to face such problems. It is definitely not acceptable. I am going to approach the consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 11, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The car developed a problem on Sunday 05 March 2016 at 09:30 PM and when I called Mr Mani Raj who was associated with me while purchasing the car, he reached my house within 20 mts and tried to rectify the problem by consulting the service engineer, however the problem can be assessed only at the work shop by connecting the system hence he promised that he would collect the car next day morning. I really appreciate the dealers staff (Mani Raj) for attending the complaint on sunday night at 09:30 PM. As promised he was there at sharp 09:00 AM at my house on Monday and collected the car. Since Monday was also a public holiday due to Sivaratri, he tried to deliver the car after rectification, but could not deliver. On Tuesday they delivered the car at my home after rectification. Mani Raj called me and appraised about the complaint stating that it was a small complaint where the battery screw got loose and got in contact with the body of the car which resulted in discharging the battery. The complaint was rectified upto my satisfaction. However I have reitrated that if the pre delivery inspection was conducted properly, there would not have been a customer dissatisfaction. On Thursday, the sales manager, work shop manager and two more staff came to my house along with the sales person Mani Raj to apologise for not conducting the pre delivery inspection properly. Overall I am very very satisfied with the response from the dealer in rectifing the problem. Thanks Auto Motive Manufacturers for taking care your customers.
