Mahindra And Mahindra — No delivery, No cancellation

Hi, my name is Jitender jakhar . I booked xuv700 on 21 October 2021. Dealer promise me to deliver the car in December but they can't. Then they assured me for January, February. But still they can't. So now I want to cancel my booking, they are not cancelling it and not refunding my money.
1 . XUV 700 booking - lohcab motor company Rohtak, date 07 oct 202 booking no 4280.
2 Scorpio S5 black, booking no 683, date 27dec 202. Dee emm Mahindra gurgaon.
