Mahindra And Mahindra — Non availability of parts and poor service at ddpm dehradun | |||
Sir i am having a xuv 500 since 2012 in 2014 when i was going to delhi from me home saharanpur a check light initiated in instrument cluster when i took the car to your service station in meerut they said there is some vaccum problem with turbo which initiates after car speed of 120 km/hr but they could not solve the issue as the was part to be changed was not available. Now till 2016 regularly my car has gone for service to ddpm dehradun and regularly they have been informed of this complaint but every time they give some one and another excuse that there is no road in dehradun to check at speed of 120 km/hr or the part needed is not available or they do not have the capable person to check the problem. I want to know whether after spending rs. 15.00 lacs will i be ever be able to drive my car at speed above 110 km/hr because your service stations are not at all cooperative and they always are short of parts and my home town is in saharanpur which is 70 km away from dehradun and it is not possible for me to go there regularly. My car no. Is uk-7-ab-0880 in name of narender kaur. The service station also are very smart that even after regular complaints from my side they don't enter the complaint in job card so that you all cann't check it. Sir it's my humble request to you to kindly see into the matter today only as my car is in ddpm saharanpur from past 3 days and they have not been able to slove the issue and kinldy see that it is repaired in warranty only because my car warranty was of 3 years and the issue is going from past 2 years when it was in warranty.
