Hello, I purchased xuv300 from Harbir Automobiles Chandigarh on 16th August. Last month I met with minor accident and my left door got damaged. I gave them car on 27th October and they gave me 2 weeks estimate time. Then they called me after week and said the door is not available at Mahindra ware house so it will take few days more. Now after 25 days when I visited service centre the car is in same shape and still the excuse is same that we can't start repairing because door is not available. And when I asked them to return my car they said that's also not possible we can't return your car half repaired. So practically they are saying they will repair it at there own comfort. Is there any legal action that I can proceed with??
