I had purchased XUV300 on 29th Sept 2021 and got first service done at Ujjain Workshop but quality of service and cleaning was very poor and raised this issue on call recieved but no response from them also I pointed out that sunroof beeding is not properly fitted and rubber was not in place so executive told me that they will get it done and pick my vehicle but since that it's more than a month time no once care to get that done.

I have purchased XUV300, from day one I found infotainment system is defective they told that will resolve in first servicing but didn't get resolution
When I am asking from shahdol Showroom they are saying company is looking into it
That's is very poor service
