This is the second complaint which I am logging in this portal.
I bought my XUV 300 MH31FE6512 on September 9, 2019 from Nagpur and currently since last 2 years I have been shifted to Mumbai. I have been giving my car for service at Harekrishna Classic Cares Pvt Ltd, Gala No – 14, Anjani Kumar Industrial Estate, Subhash Nagar, Nahur West for the past 5-6 times and honestly speaking the service quality is absolutely horrific. Every time when my car is given for service it goes back again on the same day or next day since the service is always incomplete. Pls check the records. Then again after 2 months some other problem arises. Last time when I raised the complaint in the portal, Mr Rajesh Jagtap called me and then the problem got resolved.
On November 4, 2022, I had again given my car for service and again after getting my car within 2 months the car is making strange sounds while applying break or even while steering. Infact, they had done some work and changed some parts for the same issue and gave me a bill of Rs 10000/- which also was given after negotiating a lot.
I am surprised and really upset with this kind of service from this place and this is becoming repetitive. I am huge fan of Mahindra and many of my family members has the same brand. Even when I was in Nagpur, the service quality was superb.
I need somebody to really look into this issue and sort my car issues which I find is going to be a safety concern. Infact, I am now thinking whether I should sell my car and move to some other brand.
Request to solve this issues urgently, else I will be forced to write to Shri Anand Mahindra and tag in twitter and other social media
