Our office vehicle Mahindra Quanto BS4 bearing registration number CH01BC7196 was sent for periodic service with km reading 121359 on 09 Apr 2022 to M/s Raj Vehicles Mohali (Punjab).. The vehicle was handed over on 11 Apr 2022 Vide Invoice Number RBC23A000263 dt 11 Apr 2022 amounting to INR 18, 849/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Nine Only), however the vehicle developed a technical snag as soon as it was handed over after completing the service, it was immediately brought to the notice of concerned authorities. The vehicle was again taken into the workshop for necessary repairs and was handed over on 24 Apr 2022. The vehicle on arrival at office location was found to be in a bad shape and did not appear to have undergone maintenance service at the authorized workshop. It was considered appropriate to bring the same to your notice to check upon the lackadaisical attitude of the concerned dealership and it's staff. We sincerely hope that appropriate action will be taken at your end to avoid any future inconvenience to the concerned customers who trust Mahindra dealerships for the quality services and are blindly trusting their association with the brand image like your's.
