Mahindra And Mahindra — problem with the thar rooftop

I purchased mahindra Thar from narayan automobiles lucknow harsoi branch on 21.04.2015. Soon i realised that there is a problem in its rooftop against which i made several complaints on the company's toll free num [protected] . After so much of efforts i got the response from the dealer but no solution or rectification of the problem has been done till now.so its my humble requeat to the concerned authority to look into the matter AMD dnt let d dealer bring discredit to the companys reputation as they are doing by showin ignorance.
