There was technical fault in car, so we informed the mahindra executive the same. The next morning driver dinesh took the vehicle to service center. During the delivery time in the evening, He caused the accident on[protected]. For the accident caused by the mahindra driver dinesh, they are asking us for claiming insurance. we denied giving the insurance as the accident caused by mahindra driver.
