We have purchased the Rexton vehicle RX 7 series, from India Garage show Room, in Bangalore, in the name of Amara Jyothi Educational Trust, bearing vehicle no KA-53-MA-7691, from the date we have purchased, we are rising the complaint regarding the engine shut down noice, when ever we complent, regarding this shut down noice, they used to tell, it is ready, again the same sound will accrue after the few hours of service, this time when we left for the service again we have raised the same complaint, now they are telling that it is not possible, it manufacturing defect, during all this service period, they never told that manufacturing defect, now engine warranty period is getting over, now they are informing us that engine problem.so please rectify this problem, an till the problem is not solved, we won't take back the vehicle, from the service Was this information helpful? |
