Subject: Complaint letter for late delivery of the car

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is to bring to your notice that, I am Tejbir Sharma residing at Sec 5 Gurgaon.

I am writing this letter to inform you regarding the latest purchase of a car I made from your showroom. Here are the details for the same:

Name of the product: Scorpio N Z 2 Petrol MT 7S NAPOLI BLACK
The model number of the car: Z 2
Payment Mode: Online
Address: Sec 5 Gurgaon

I would like to bring to your notice that I have not yet received the product. I purchased it for a very special occasion . Status of the delivery was also updated on Mahindra site March to April 2023 first time later extended two three times but till now, it had not been delivered. This long delay is causing substantial monetary loss and inconvenience to my business activities. The items in the order were a priority one, and as you promised on time delivery, by 3- & 4-month delay, I agreed to process the transaction. But I have been waiting since 30’th July 2022 to till date frustrating me and not a customer centric approach was there from MAHINDRA. Please let me know whether you can deliver the goods latest by 6’th July 2023 which was shown at Mahindra portal latest by yesterday evening. This is not the first time I am complaining about the delay in deliveries of goods ordered, you have been repeating this pattern for March to till date once delivery time was coming. The expected date was extended without any information to me about the delay. Waiting in the past 11 Months. Please contact me if you require any other information related to the booking.

I request you to please investigate the matter and inform me of the reason for the delay. Waiting for your response and the product at the earliest. Please contact me with the details below. If you are unable to address my concern, I would like to raise my voice and register a complaint in consumer court. If you fail to respond to my query, I will have to take this to the next level and consider it as a legal notice to take further action. If you fail to deliver the goods by 6’th July 2023 I will file a case for fake commitment and mental harassment as well. No positive response from Mahindra customer service and booking support after several reminders. All supporting documents shared with all respective stakeholders.
