I gave my Scorpio for cleaning and to solve the ignition problem. However, when i received my car of 30th October 2021 after 2 days from the showroom, and when I took it for the long drive, I heard some weird noise, as if the air was passing from the engine side and on high speed at around 80 Kmph, I was getting jerks in the car. This problem did not exist before I gave the car at Mahindra showroom and my car was well serviced.
I have shown to a private mechanic yesterday and he has claimed that the turbo of your engine has been changed to a sub-standard part and the good part has been taken out of the car. And it seems to be the problem. It is a common problem in Mahindra's showroom, in which mechanics change the good part with sub-standard parts and sell them in the market as told to me by one of the private workshop mechanic as he was one of the beneficiary of such dealings.
I used to give my car at Mahindra showroom for servicing all the time but after having bitter experience like this a couple of times before I have stopped giving my car. However, I received multiple calls for Mahindra showroom for getting my car serviced so this time I took the risk of getting it cleaned and I ended up with a whole new problem which seems to be expensive.
You are requested kindly to look into the matter urgently as, it is just not me, there are other people also suffering from similar problem and have bitter experiences.
Resolution: Please repair the car as in the condition given to the Mahindra showroom. Also the phone no. on the attached bill is incorrect. Please rectify the phone number so that we can be contacted.
Also, please check why this is such a common problem in Mahindra. I have a Honda car too and have never faced such trouble at any given time in Honda showroom
