Hi
I ashish goyal purchased a big segment car of mahindra and mahindra which is ALTURAS G4 just before 3 months.
But i met with an small accident in which driver side fender lining and front headline was damaged and successfully claimed is also passed by the insurer company in 2 days of accident.
The mahindra service centre said that the car damaged parts will be done with in 15 days.
But 15 days are already over and still parts has not come in the service centre.
They are saying that parts are not available and they also dont know how much more time it will take place.
I am very fedup from mahindra and made a big mistake by purchasing A top most car of mahindra.
