Dear Mahindra and team,
This mail is regard to inform you that your staff and service is so pathetic as i booked XUV300 w8 optional from your Inderprastha delhi show room. Whole day i was fighting with loan team of my bank to realise the car and everything got sort but in the evening around 6:45 your store manager has refused to release my car due to some number plate issue.
First of all since morning no one informed me regarding this matter and at the time of delivery we found that We can’t take our car.
My concern is only that your store manager don’t have that courtesy To face us and tell the issue as he was aware that we were having very aggressive conversation with all sales team but still he didn’t came out as we asked to call him but still he didn’t showed up because for him we were only a customer who was taking of car of rs 16 lakh.
This is 2nd time that i was taking car from same showroom.
I am least least interested with Mahindra family.
As a store manager I think its a manager duty to clam down the customer and listen to them .
This kind of service and behaviour is really not acceptable. I am deputy branch manager so i know what the exact duty of a manager.
Your all staff didn’t say sorry even.
