Dear customer service department,
I am writing regarding my tractor missing a part that should have come attached when it was new and the extremely poor follow up from your dealership, Rogue Valley Farm Equipment in Central Point Oregon.
My 3650 was delivered to me without a draw bar, the pin to hold it in is present. I have sent three emails to the dealer of which none were answered. I’ve talked with them 3 times personally and once while on the telephone with your representative Yolanda. Every time I was told during these discussions that the dealer was going to talk to the area representative and get back to me. Then did not do this, not even ONCE!
I again spoke with Yolanda on the phone yesterday, I was put on hold while she spoke with the dealer, and then told me they claimed that they explained to me it came with it and there was nothing they could do since I’d had owned the tractor a few months before I noticed it was missing. This is an outright lie.
After I was done talking with Yolanda and she claiming Mahindra would not take any responsibly to make this right, I then came to the realization that both Mahindra and Rogue Valley Farm Equipment decided I really did get the draw bar and I’m lying. Well, I’m not lying, if it had come with the draw bar we would not be having this issue.
I await your response before addressing this issue to the public and legally. I will wait seven days before doing so.
