Mahindra And Mahindra — TUV 300 car | |||||
Sir, I parked my 9 months old mahindra tuv 300 reg no tn 12 j 9111...In front of a store in mogappair, chennai on 12th june 2016 around 12:45 pm and when i came back to start my vehicle after 10 minutes the key set was jamed. I called the customer care in the next 10 minutes and after a long waiting and continue calls my vehicle was towed to the nearest service centre in ambattur arount 4:30 pm. I was informed that the key set needs to be changed. Later after inspection, i was informed that the dust from the ac had deposited on the steering which caused the issues. The dust was remove and my vehicle was delivered on 15th june 2016. I understand the issues was resolved for now but what if the same thing happens again? Is there a permanent solution for this? I use my vehicle for long drives and what if the same thing happens when i am on the highway? I dont want such an issues to happen again. I want mahindra to take responsibility if it happens again.
