Mahindra And Mahindra — Unethical behaviour with customer & not providing proper services | |||
Last year we had purchase two scorpion s2 model, but last few months before we find out one car bonnet going to damage, after that we contact with saluja auto retails pvt ltd Metal d. V. C, nh-2, post: chandul police station, burdwan - 713141 Burdwan, west bengal, Then service manager talked with his higher authorities & then confirmed me that parts should be replace as early as possible, as per his communication received call from service manager for replacement, but within few days service manager has changed, when i go to service center then new service manager mr. Sivranshu linca today (6.3.17) told me its not possible, where as service center's others staff also guide me replacements should be possible, then he talked with me very bad way & repeatedly he arguing with me. Another three scorpion we are going to purchase, we as a customer also expect good manner from that person also, all others staff also against him, they are also facing bad behavior from him.
