Sir, I have been harassed by the dealer Sona Motors Siliguri, in spite of making full payment on time against the quotation issued by the dealer and handed over the vehicle XUV300 on 6th August. Reg no WB 74BG 4891 Today I have visited the showroom basis of the intimation of collecting RC, but after reaching there, I have been refused to handover RC and demanded for extra payment, as per them which was wrongly quoted by the showroom. * How this shortfall of payment arise after issuing quotation, Insured, financed and delivery...? * Is it the process of Mahindra to recover the shortfall that happened due to their negligence. If any... * My booking was in the month of July and advanced basis of the quotation issued by the showroom. Request your intervention, so that the image of brand should not affect, which you all built with your effort. I know it's not a issue for you at all, but as a customer I am very much depressed due to such unprofessional behaviour and harassment by the Sona Motors.
